Abstract: To carry out non-destructive quality control of materials used at hazardous production facilities and obtain reliable results of control, a material and technical base that meets modern requirements is required. In the conditions of the extreme economy of Donbass, such a material and technical base can be formed on its own, based on the available technical and production capabilities. Technopark «University Technologies» with the participation of the Donetsk National Technical University has certain achievements in this matter. Self-manufacturing of the necessary auxiliary tools and devices, flaw detection materials is an important element not only of the flaw detector profession, but also of educational and scientific activities aimed at training qualified non-destructive testing specialists. Such projects contribute to the expansion of technical horizons, the acquisition of new competencies and advanced training. The article briefly talks about the projects of recent years, which have become a symbiosis of the above three paradigms. The research concerned such methods of non-destructive testing as visual and measuring, radiographic, ultrasonic, vibration diagnostics, thermal, magnetic particle and optical.

Keywords: non-destructive testing, visual and measurement testing, radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, vibrodiagnostic testing, thermal testing, magnetic particle testing, optical testing.
