Metal-Wooden Trusses of Building Fabrication from Traditional Profiles
Abstract: The article presents an analysis of constructive solutions for metal-wood trusses and beams, offers of manufacturers, print publications, etc. Currently, in the construction of low-rise buildings, glued wooden I-beams are most often used, so as in their production it is used the materials that are processed on one traditional technological equipment of woodworking shops. Today there is an increase in the trend of construction of private housing construction facilities, pavilion type, objects of agricultural purpose and storage facility by private traders and small construction companies, which benefit from building on their own. This condition requires the development of new structural forms of load-bearing wooden structures. The prospect of using metal-wood trusses for building construction from traditional profiles has been proved. New design solutions for metal-wood trusses have been developed, taking into account the availability of the equipment and the technological capabilities of the private developer. Constructional manufacturing of trusses involves the manufacture of a structure, using materials, tools and technological processes, traditional for the construction site. The peculiarities of the VAT of the developed trusses have been analyzed, which will make it possible to select the design schemes reasonably in numerical studies.
