The Method of Determination of Mounting Stress-Strain State-Span Hinge-Rod Metal Coatings
Abstract: The article made overview previous studies in installation loads and geometrical deviаtions. The article shows the methodology and findings of the mounting stress-strain state-span hinged-rod metal coating by taking into account installation effects caused by deviations during assembly. The calculation is made using the module «Installation» computing complex SCAD 11.5. Assembly deviations, arising during assembly shell, have been obtained and examined by the author of a computer program – Computer Complex «Dimensional analysis of beam structures» (VC RASK). Block diagram of methods for determining the mounting stress-strain state has been given. According to the results of researches, it has been found out the magnitude of installation forces, caused by deviations during assembly of single layer hinged-rod metal shell in the structural system. The measures to reduce the impact of deviations on the mounting stress-strain state, the assembly accuracy have been suggested.
