Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of the use of Building Structures Made of Various Materials
Abstract: The complexity of the technical and economic problem of substantiating the areas and forms of effective use in buildings and structures of structures made of various materials is that the choice of materials for structures and the establishment of areas and forms of their effective use is influenced by a huge number of factors, including the technical properties of the material of structures, the type of buildings and structures, their operating conditions, natural-climatic and economic-geographical features of the construction areas. The establishment of the boundaries of the appropriate use of structures for the future is inextricably linked with the identification of ways to increase their effectiveness. The boundaries characterizing the areas of effective use of structures made of various materials are constantly changing due to technological progress in the development of their design solutions, manufacturing methods and construction The article discusses some issues of the feasibility study of the areas and forms of effective use of structures made of various materials in buildings and structures and the factors affecting their effectiveness, the choice of material for structures, the establishment of areas and forms of their rational use.
