The Structure of the Installation and Technological Process of the Construction of Superstructures in a Functioning Enterprise
Abstract: The article describes the main methods and techniques for installing existing structures and elements of span structures at operating enterprises, their design features and groups of factors that can influence the installation process when performing work in a functioning enterprise. Insufficiently complete classification of types of existing conveyor gallery structures does not allow choosing a rational installation method taking into account the constraint factor. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to develop an optimal organizational and technological scheme that ensures the specified quality of work and resource efficiency during construction of facilities in difficult conditions: uncertainty of a number of factors and constrained conditions of the construction area. The choice of organizational and technological schemes and methods of installation work is substantiated by analyzing the technical and economic indicators of various options for mechanized execution of tasks within the established time frame. Classification of methods and techniques for installing span structures allows developing a mathematical model to assess the influence of various factors on the choice of a technological scheme for installing elements of span structures.
