Determination of the Pulsation Component of the Main wind Load for a 17-Storey Building with a Frame Frame in the Lira-CAD 2016 PC, Taking into Account SP 20.13330.2016 «Loads and Impacts»

Annotation: This article investigates the possibility and correctness of automated collection of the pulsation component of the wind load in the Lira-CAD PC, due to the importance of correctly accounting for the wind load with an increase in the height of the projected building, which is due to a significant increase in wind pressure due to a decrease in friction on the ground surface. Also, with an increase in the height of the building, the influence of wind load on the cross-sections of elements, in particular load-bearing columns, increases, and the correct accounting of the main wind load, consisting of medium (static) and pulsation (dynamic) components, significantly affects the reliability and efficiency of building structures. The article considers the collection of the average component of the main wind load manually, and automated accounting of the pulsating component of the wind load using the Lira-CAD 2016 PC, using the example of a 17-storey residential building. The correctness of accounting for the required natural oscillation frequencies by the software package is analyzed, the method of accounting for oscillation frequencies in the calculated combination of loads (RSN) is determined. The compliance of the algorithm for calculating the software package with the current regulatory documents (SP 20.133330.2016 «Loads and impacts») was revealed.
