Reliability Growth of Operation of Overhead Transmission Lines (Set of Works and Suggestion According to Acting OPL)
Abstract: The results of full-scale inspection of series of lines have been analyzed, suggestions according to powerful technique of defect and structural and units damage correction have been given. Taking into account constructional and operating features of research subject, the necessity of development of multilevel integrated security system has been found out. In the article circuit design of main phase of expert review of process safety orders has been given. References, which are needed to determine guarantee of processibillity and operating safety of overhead transmission lines in the process of civil engineering operation, and also in the process of maintenance and reconstruction have been given. Fundamental principles of engineering report, which are needed to determine representation of findings have been provided.
