Annotation: In article the technique of definition of points of the appendix of forces the non-centrally compressed rod with various types of sections, special cases of model of a limiting condition are considered. In article the new technique of definition of reliability of similar steel cores in conditions of elastic deformation is offered at absence of the full and exact statistical information, the numerical example is given.
